Try send an inquiry to NVC. I hope you sent it to the address below?

DOS Visa
44132 Mercure Circle
PO Box 65446
Sterling VA 20166

Yes it’s the right USPS express address and they confirmed they received my package. I send an inquiry every week.

their latest response to my two previous inquiries is

To Whom it Concerns:

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.

I will wait till Tuesday and send another one

This is quite frustrating.  Do you know anyone in thesame visa category and location who already DQ maybe you should check what they did differently.

Yeah ! Me and our relatives mailed the same exact docs within 2 weeks interval and they got dq according to the timeframe but after more than 3 months we haven’t got any proper response from them.

@W Herrera did you get any updates?

@snm2212, I just received today at 1 AM an email with RFI.

NVC didn't accept our police records from Panama, it didn't had apostille 😶.

Now I need to look for a Lawyer in Panama to help me with that, as I don't live there anymore. And the process to get the police certificate according to the Panamanian Agency, is at least 10 days + requesting online the process for apostille, and then they will give you an appointment.

I will keep you informed about when I resend the documents, and any further notice.

But, from the bright side, NVC reviewed my documents in 14 days. I think that is really good for EB mailed processing times.

All the best.

Timeline

For those who are EB2 and waiting for the interview letter, please be aware that on the visa bulletin of this month (April), the final action date is July 1, 2022 (for countries other than China and India), and it will retrogress to Feb 15, 2022, next month.  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html So if your priority date is not before the final action date, you won't receive the interview letter, not until the final action date moves forward to a date after your priority date.
