Hi Friends:

I got my fee bill from NVC .IF I have to add my spouse and kid to the application.Where would I get the option to fill out ds-260 for them?

Appreciate the help here!

They should be on it already if the I-140 was filled out correctly, your fee bill should be for all 3 of you and there should be a section for each of them with a DS-260 link. Check with your employer or their lawyer to make sure they were included and ask them to contact USCIS to correct the error if they were.

Just FYI, it may be best to start a new thread with any questions in the relevant forum as not many people will see it here.

Good luck.

Hey people, I am just wondering if someone had the same issue I have. I received the IL last week and managed to have the medical appointment and register in the embassy website for the appointment, but I can't find any address to book an appointment for the biometrics. Do you folks have an address in London, website or a contact to book and collect the biometrics?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Where have you read you need to book biometrics? I thought we didn't have to?

@appleblossom I heard from my folks Brazil. But probably there are different procedures in each country. Here I didn't find any information in the embassy's website or anywhere else.

Ah, yes, different procedures everywhere. Not required before interview in London AFAIK.

No separate biometrics appointment for London.  Biometrics will be taken at the consulate on the day of the interview.

Congrats on moving forward to an interview! I'm still hoping for some progress in these next bulletins 🙏

Can anyone answer one thing I'm wondering? At the interview for an EB2, is the visa "yours to lose" so to speak? As in, the embassy officer is verifying the documents are correct, you are who you say you are, and that your NIW endeavor is the same as you sent to USCIS with your I140. Or, is the officer questioning the endeavor itself and you have to prove it is still valid and worthy of a NIW? Does anyone know?

Thanks

Great question... would love to know the answer to this too!

Can you add me? EB2, PD 07/21/2022. DQ 03/03/2023. Thank you in advance!

Which consulate will you be interviewed at? It would just be useful info to add to the table for when the time comes.

Good luck.
