Only EB1/EB2 update on NVC (DQ, IL)

I have sent an inquiry saying :

“ We checked our DS-260 form, which clearly shows completed and has given us the confirmation number, after NVC  emailed that the DS-260 form or civil documents were missing on February 3. Therefore, we resent our civil documents , which according to USPS tracking, were delivered on March 8, 2023. Our papers should have been reviewed by this point in accordance with the NVC timeline, but we haven't heard anything. Please provide us with a thorough update on our case as we have been waiting for more than three months. Please find the pdf attachment that verifies the delivery of civil documents and the completion of the DS-260 form as proof of submission.“ 

 

Every time I send inquiry they send me the same generic email : 

“The documents you submitted will be reviewed soon. We will let you know whether we complete your case or if we need more information.”

Seems like document review time for EB cases is around 24-25 days. Hope @Hithere222 will get his update soon.

Joining to the record and dates for others: EB2 mailed - my documents where delivered at NVC POX on April 1st. I will update next status. 🤘

I can finally be added to the list, as our documents were delivered today (5th April). Two days later than expected, UPS rather brilliantly received them in the US and then put them straight back on a plane to the UK. 🙄

 

EB1, all UK documents so hopefully fairly easy to verify. Now the waiting for DQ starts……..

My documents will be delivered today. This is second time i have submitted my documents as they have asked police report from the UK. Hope we will be DQed same day

I hope it's quicker for you and you don't have to wait as long as us, if it's just one document then fingers crossed for you.

I wrote NVC yesterday (day 19) since it is taking less than 14 days to review documents according to NVC timeframes, thoughi understandtuis mightbe for other categories aside EB. Hopefully I get the DQ email before NVC replies to my inquiry with their 6 days inquiries reply time frame...fingers crossed
