  1. Wow! That was quick... Or you mean Mar 17, 2023?
  2. My documents arrived NVC 3/11 by mail (usps) still waiting for DQ. Kindly include me in the table too. Thanks
  3. Did you get DQed? I am still waiting... And the NVC time frame didn't move all week...
  4. Update in the time line.... 24 Feb 23: DS 260 submitted 9 Mar 23: civil docs mailed to NVC 10 Mar 23: Docs received at PO Box DQ still awaited....
  5. Hang in there, pick up a hobby, watch the days go by.... It's a matter of time... Here is my time line for solace... 30 Jun 22: Submitted I 140 with premium processing 13 Jul 22: I 140 Approved 26 Nov 22: Case sent to NVC 9 Feb 23: Welcome letter recieved 24 Feb 23: DS 260 submitted DQ awaited....
  6. Sent the inquiry for receipt of case... Hopefully I will get the letter before they reply 😢🤞🏼
  7. So the case creation date jumped from 16 Nov 22 to 13 Dec 22 (Yay?) My case was sent to NVC on 26 Nov 22, any idea how long will it take to get the welcome letter?
  8. AoA and hello, Any idea how long it take between DQ and IL for employment based I 140?
  9. So my case was sent to NVC on 26 Nov 22, when was it received at NVC? Any ideas?
  10. No need to stress really, the NVC updates it's website every Monday and informs which date they are on for case creation, document review and public inquiry https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html I go to this site every Monday, it gives me an idea when to expect WL and letter DQ
  11. Waiting.... Mine was sent on 26 Nov... They are doing a day in a week.... I think my grandma could work faster...
  12. I am hoping that they would follow the time frames, it's about 45 days for case creation plus transit time, so yeah almost 2 months..
  13. Update! Case was sent to the department of state on 26 Nov 22
  14. I am thinking of putting up another service request after 30 days of their response... I guess "Additional Review" seems like another vague term which no one knows about
  15. I didn't approach the Ombudsman, however, I did inquire with the USCIS through service request and they said, "We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for shipment to NVC. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received." My attorney thinks that additional processing has reset the 2-3 months time for transferring the case to NVC... It will be a month since the reply from USCIS on 27 Nov 22....
  16. 89 days and counting.... Even NVC processing times are not being updated...
  17. Nothing yet, I guess it's qued up, as of 3 Oct they are responding to inquiries received on 13 Aug... I sent on 24 Sep so waiting for another month...
  18. So, after approval on 13 Jul, my lawyer sent an email on 14 Sep, then I sent a public inquiry form on 24 Sep, again chatted with USCIS live agent on 1 Oct 22, who told me that I must contact again after 90 days of approval ie 13 Oct. So my plan is to contact live agent through Emma on 14 Oct and then file for ombudsman on 24 Nov (60 days after public inquiry)....
  19. Thank you for sharing the time line, what is a good time to approach the ombudsman? I reckon its 90 days past the approval, correct?
