I-130 Filers for Parents

Hi Everyone!

I am a US citizen and on the process of filing I-130 for my parents. My father’s address (the city name) on my parents marriage certificate is missing a letter. It was typed as “Tagig” instead of “Taguig”.

my question is, has anyone had the same issue? Did you need to correct it or you still submitted the marriage certificate with the address that was spelled wrong? Was it accepted/approved?

IMHO:

 

* This is not a material issue.

* It does not require correction

Minor typo error.  No need to correct the marriage certificate.

You should be fine. No need to get that fixed. Very Minor!
