N400 Based on Five Years

I am about to apply for N400 based on 5 years. Please I was just wondering if you can tell me the documents required for the application. Any link to required documents will help.

The link provided by @Lil bear should have all the details. 

Mostly, for 5 years rule, if you are applying online it will front and back of your GC, marriage certificate if applicable, birth certificate of your kids if applicable. If you have arrests etc., you have to upload those documents as well. 

While applying by mail for 5 years, it is typically just copy of GC. Rest is produced at the time of interview.

Let me clarify. I am currently married and GC holder. I will be uploading my green card and marriage certificate. I don't need to upload my tax return. Please clarify. Thanks.

It doesn't require you to upload your tax returns but you can if you want. I did.
