Hey! You will receive an email notifying you of your interview date. The only civil docs you will have to resubmit is the police certificate. You will have to update your financial documents for the interview. I’ve been DQ since Oct 19 and still waiting for an interview

Hey thanks for the info. Which financial docs I’m guessing your meaning if they take over a year for interview as they are tax returns. Also I’m guessing instructions on scheduling medical exam and biometrics. I saw somewhere i don’t remember where that we had to submit all civil doc again to the embassy in DR portal.

If your interview is scheduled past April 18 this year then you need to resubmit your tax return, new i864, w2s, paystub etc. and only civil doc would be the police report that’s it

You can see it at the NVC timeframe on travel.gov website. You can google it and they will tell you what cases they are currently working on so you can keep up

why a new I-864?   That form never expires per the state.gov site (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html#aos31)
