I’m a US citizen. I’m sponsoring my parents. I and my husband are students, we don’t have enough income, so my sister in law will be joint sponsor.
I wonder what kinds of form we should fill out for Affidavit of support. So I will fill out I-864 for me and another I-864 for my sister. My question is does my husband need to fill out I-864A even his income is not enough?

Some consulates will instead on spouses filling I-864A especially if taxes were file jointly. So yes; to be safe. If sister is married, her spouse too will have to supply I-864A.

I agree, probably best to have a spouse of the primary sponsor and joint sponsor fill out the I864A.

Hi ! I'm going through something similar, how did you end up filling the forms?

My sis in law is sponsoring both my in-laws but my hubby just started working so my income is what we filed with taxes.
