Hey Everyone! 
My status on USCIS was/ still is saying Case Is Being Actively Reviewed, estimated (2) Months.

I just happened to check my documents folder. Approval Letters for both parents was mailed to me 🎉🎉 So Please Check Your Documents Folder Guys❗️

Priority Date: 1/12 . - - -> NVC

yes if didn't get notified via the lawfully app, i wouldn't have know about the RFE they are asking for my mothers birth certificate. even though the RFE is in the mail for delivery today (USPS informed delivery notice). YEs they are looking at and approving JAN I-130 for parents. I mailed AND uploaded the evidence as soon as I was able to see the RFE via documents tab.

I checked again this afternoon, found approval notice for both of my parents in the documents section. 🥳

Yes, I have received approval on 12/12. PD 01/16.
