USCIS New Fees - AOS process

I have seen the fee increase for the i-131, i-485, and i-765 forms.  My question relates to the AOS process.  Does anyone know if after the 2023 USCIS fee changes take effect, will they still allow "free" filing of the i-131 and i-765 forms if filed with the i-485?  My wife's children are coming on a K2 visa this Summer and I wanted to prepare financially for the cost of their AOS and it would be nice to know if there will be additional costs of the i-131 and i-765 forms.  I reviewed the proposed fee rule document and I didn't see that information in the document.

From what I have read, there will be separate fees for each of those documents -- the i-485, i-131, i-765. The I-485 is supposed to significantly increase by about $500 and you might be looking at paying an additional $500-600 for each the I-131 and the I-765. Of course, nothing has gone into effect yet, they are hearing public comments for the next 60 days.

Based on the discussion in the attached thread, it appears yes, there will be fees for the I765 and I131 when filed with the I485.

So plan for $2820 for all three plus at least one biometrics fee.

Thanks Dashinka.  Being that the AOS is for the children,  I may not apply for the i-131 and i-785 at all if its not free.

To be fair, this is just a proposal which I am sure will garner quite a bit of negative feedback, so who really knows where it will all end up.  Here is what it is showing right now.

Noted.  I won't need to worry about it for another 5-6 months.  Thanks for your help.
