2 questions.

1. Does USCIS require all signatures, including those of any interpreters, to be "wet" signatures? That is, physically signed on the paper form you send them? Or is an electronic one ok, so long as it is the person's signature?

2. My wife, son, and I have been living with a relative for a while due to issues with my job. We don't pay rent nor do we have a rental agreement signed. The instructions for ROC ask for a rental agreement with both our names. Will this be a problem? We do have multiple bank accounts and a medical insurance policy in both our names as well as our son's birth certificate with both our names.
