Hello guys,

 

I just want to double check before submitting civil documents to NVC for my parents, they are from Morocco.

 

Can you please provide me by a list of the required documents that way I don't miss anything?

 

This is my list for both parents.

 

Police record

Court record.

2 passport photo 2 inch×2 inch

Marriage certificate for them

Birth certificates

The petitioner which me birth certificate

Copy for their information passport page.

 

Please let me know if I am missing something.

I 864 

IRS transcrpits  for most recent year (2021 , 2022 to take to interview if it is after 4/15/2023)

The required documents is found on the NVC processing site. No one can give you a watertight single list as the documents required will vary accirding to individual circumstances

I am dealing with the US General consulate in Morocco, and most likely these are the required civil docs by the NVC.

You don't have to guess. If you read thoroughly and go through the country specific links for the required documents, you can be certain of the required documentation and its correct approved source.

thanks for the timeline

be sure to do embassy review as they are so helpful

 

if u add the Moroc flag to timeline ,  your posts will show in Moroc portal  for moroccans to read when they go thru this process

 

sorry we lost to France but the team  made us proud when it got to semi finals
