I'm making this thread on behalf of a friend. He's been having issues with NVC submission for over a year now. All the AOS and supporting documents for both Petitioner and Beneficiary has been accepted over a year ago, the issue seems to be with their joint sponsor. So, i will like your help with these questions.

1. What is the appropriate way to submit the joint sponsor's documents? Should both the sponsor's i864 and all other supporting documents like his transcript, w2 be in a single pdf or the i864 in a pdf and then other supporting documents in another single pdf?

Thanks

The joint sponsors W2 , i864, paystubs, tax return/transcript and any other supporting documents need to be in their own pdfs. Do not combine them all together or they will not be accepted. You need to submit them just like you would do for the petitioner

So they got all documents accepted over a year ago. They didn't get DQ'd. Most filers still get DQ'd with the FE note they don;t meet income guidelines and need a joint sponsor. That's a heads up they may need for interview and be prepared.
But if they didn't get DQ they need to go through the steps of requesting to add a joint sponsor then they upload each document under they own PDF tab.
