I-864 don't have enough income but have paystubs and assets

I came to the US on K-1 visa in April. My husband and I got married in June. Now we're putting together docs for my AOS. The problem is my husband doesn't have enough income on his last 3 years taxes. It's really sad because I just noticed that the difference between The Poverty Guideline and my husband's income from 2021 is only $78... But from 2020 and 2019 his income is significantly less (a few thousands of dollars). This year his income is fair and we have paystubs for 6 months (that already exceeded the poverty guideline), letter from his employer showing his annual income and some assets too that we can prove with bank statements for 12 months. I read a lot of comments on social media and YouTube and I still can't understand if we can qualify based on Current Annual Income and some assets regardless of the 3 previous tax returns. Or it's better to wait for two-three more months and apply with new tax transcripts? My medical check-up will expire on March 28 and I can't take new vaccinations because I'm allergic to Hepatitis B vaccin. I don't want to wait too much. But we also don't have a co-sponsor to rely on. The official instruction of form I-864 says that Current Annual Income is the one they base their decision on. YouTube consalants say the previous tax return is the only one that metters. At the same time in the previous tax return the gap is only $78 dollars which we can easily cover with asstes. But the taxes from 2020 and 2019 aren't that good... I really don't know what option really work and if Current Annual Income would be enough. If anybody faced this kind of situation, has some information or got approved or denied based on just paystubs and letter from employer, please share some information

Current income what  matters:

a. what is his gross pay per pay stub?

b.  how many pay stubs are there per week?

c. calculate  a times b

Does c exceed the required minimum income?

Yes. On the last paystub it already exceeded the required minimum income. Just from his full-time job. His part-time job is additional $9,000 on top of that and we can prove it too with invoices and bank statements with deposits

There is a filing taxes 3 years

Meeting the current income requirement

His self employed work would be based on his year end filings so go with his salary

You mean we should not mention his income from part-time self employed work and put just his salary from paystubs in the form as Current Income?

I not "mention his income from part-time self employed work" because it will complicate the case.
