Hi all,

since a month the order of the files we submitted to immigration is changing on the USCIS portal. We have the concurrent filing with a Jun 2022 date that is under review but whenever I check, one day the I-130 is showing up on the top, another day I-485 and so on. Nothing changes otherwise except the orders of the files. Does anyone know what it means?

Sorry I think i saw a while ago a thread about this but could not find it anyomore.

Thanks

When you are doing a concurrent filing, USCIS asks most people to monitor the progress of the I-485 - so I wouldn't be surprised if they are reviewing each application on different days and that typically will affect the order they appear.

My 3 cases were showing as separate items in the panel, and now the I-131 and I-765 are showing as "concurrent" with the linked symbol, so I'm hoping this means that 1: it'll happen soon and 2: be a combo card.
