Most of the N400 online applications are routed to NBC, after doing the review, they forward your  case to your field office. If you have pending ROC then it will be a Combo interview, your spouse has to attend with you. Once the ROC is approved then they will do the civil test for the N400. The processing time you should watching for is your field office
