Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I hope this post finds you doing well. I have a question for the VisaJourney community. My husband (A United States Citizen) and I (Peruvian Citizen) got married in January of 2022 in Peru. He then hired a lawyer to oversee my I-130 (Which was submitted on March 2022). Couple of days later, we have found out that I was pregnant, and I am in Peru unable to go to the United States. Now, we are in September and still awaiting for the response from USCIS to transfer the case over to the NVC. My question here is if I could use the CRBA to help/expedite my case with USCIS and the NVC. Any insight will be greatly welcome. Thank you for your time.

No can do. Doesn't work that way.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

It does nothing for your case. Just make sure to take care of the CRBA as soon as possible. Your child will not be able to come without the CRBA. We had 2 children by the time my wife finally arrived. Most of our delay was due to Covid.
