Has any US Citizen ever been required to pay child support for a kid or kids they have had in Philippines and left in the Philippines?

I remember Dennis Rodmans father had like 29 kids from 16 different woman in the Philippines, He should of been on Maury TV show who's the father.

For now, there is no child support agreement between the Philippines and the US, so the short answer is no.  However for the ones who are not doing a CRBA, etc for their children, a DNA test is highly recommended before a person takes the responsibility to support a child that they think is theirs.  There is an extremely high % of foreign fathers in the Philippines who are taking care of children who they think are theirs but are not.  There are also alot of foreign fathers taking care of children who know the child is not their biological child but still take care of them.  In the Western world, I have seen numbers between 5-10% of fathers who raise children thinking the child is their biological child but is not.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

I have seen figures rangine from 12 to 20%

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Yes it could be.  There is quite a wide range out there depending on the sources.

I wonder why these forgeiner fathers are so blind sided and don't require a DNA test?

My buddy used to live in Cebu around 2010 and he had a girl tried to claim he was the father, he had a vacestomy many years before, but he was also wise to how things works in the Philippines as he had lived there for many years.
