Unless you are active military deployed abroad, you may only request DCF at the consulate in the country where you and your spouse reside.  So best to specify only 1 consulate to hear about the most relevant experiences if you are looking for consulate-specific info for your own filing.  If you have procedural questions about DCF in general, regardless of consulate, that's fine too.
