How can I request the US Embassy in Manila to open my DS-260 so I can change my Work/Employment History since I already resigned from my work?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Side question, Do you already have a interview date?  If so how long did it take from initial applicaition?

I notice the US Embassy in Manila is always promoting/pushing the student visa on their FB, thru USAid

A friend of mine has file for 2 cousins to study in the USA at Community Colleges, seems like the process is pretty quick after they got the TOFL or English Exams done,  Seems as if the US EMbassy puts student visa as a priorty for interviews.

OP seems to be an unmarried son/daughter of a USC, family preference 1.  OP is not applying for a student visa.

Just going off what's on her data:

Yes.  That is the family first preference.

Notice "Immigration Status"

F1 student visa is a non-immigration visa.

Seconding to the opinions above, another hint is that OP asked about DS-260 that immigrant visa applications like F-1 submit. Student (F-1) visa applications submit DS-160.

Am not applying on student visa but on F1 (family preference - unmarried adult child of a USC)
