hi everyone anyone here from Philippines F4 category? 

we are Dq yesterday and wanted to know how long to wait for interview in  US embassy Manila.

I have cousins, they were all documentarily qualified and just waiting for their interviews. They were DQ'd since 2020 and no interview appointment yet.

What is your PD date?  NVC is currently working on those with PD's of August 2002 or earlier.

Seems like you'll have to wait 2 years or so before you can get an interview as your PD is not yet current.  Refer to Table A in the visa bulletin linked above by @SteveInBostonI130.
