Hi everyone,

i am a British citizen and my wife is on uk souse visa valid until March 2023.

I am preparing to apply for B1/B2 visit visa for her .

i need your expert advice on the question from DS-160 application form. The question is attached  , as you can see.

my question is that, as she is on UK spouse visa,

will she be considered as uk permanent resident or Not?

 

can somebody  please help me with this question i will be very grateful to you.

She has ILR?

You don't apply for her - she applies for herself.  Her application will be adjudicated based on her ties to the UK.  She will want to be able to show strong ties.
