Congratulations to people that got interview,

Please does anyone know how to expedite a case for interview.  Can I expedite interview using an offer letter.

Thank you.

Regards

EB2 or EB2-NIW? And what's your PD? Please do fill your profile/timeline in.

What's the reason for the expedite? You can contact NVC to ask, but job wouldn't usually be a valid reason - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/national-visa-center/immigrant-visas-processing-general-faqs.html

Assume this is in response to me asking you to complete your timeline? It's on your profile, click on that and then you can fill it in and it adds to the VJ body of knowledge which is super helpful, thanks.

Eb2-NIW, PD March 23, 2023, my PD is current got DQ in July 2025. I tried to add my timeline but I couldn't edit the spreadsheet. I spoke with an ex Consular officer, she said I can expedite it, but I just want to know if someone else here has successfully expedited his case. On the spread sheet one person expedited his interview.

Thank you

@Mano17 Hi Mano! You are right that you need new Police Clearance if it's going to hit 2 years for the interview. For each family member. It says so when you register and on the links in the letter.
For the other countries I don't know, but there is a lenghty paragraph on that specific subject on the governement website link in the letter.

@Emmajapan Expedite in Montreal are really rare. They are usually only for medical reasons. It's stated on the government website that a job offer is not ok for expedite.
