Thank you. I will be very honest. It's all I can do and It's nothing but the truth. It was a crazy situation smh

You don't need him to file for divorce, file yourself. Either way you are eligible to file under the five year rule and divorce won't effect a thing.

Thank you my dear. I truly appreciate everyone feed back. I was really good with this immigration process. But after my separation, I went to continue my education and I was so overwhelmed with my separation and struggling i did not follow up with my naturalization process
