Overstayed ESTA by 5 months

My fiancé overstayed her ESTA back in 2020 because her airline cancelled her tickets on multiple occasions. (They kept rescheduling then canceling the airline eventually went out of business.) she never intended to overstay and in fact was planning to go home. She eventually had gotten another ticket when her father begrudgingly agreed to get her a ticket while they were outrageously overpriced. I am wondering if this will affect our K-1 petition (we are September Filers).

The only impact is that her days of being able to visit on ESTA are gone, and likely she also would not get a B visa.

It will not affect her eligibility for a K-1.

I agree that it won’t hurt the K1, but her ESTA will be revoked and she can’t visit. London for sure does not easily issue B1/B2 tourist visas when ESTA has been denied.
