Joint Sponsor's Document Upload Part still shows N/A

Hi Everyone, 

It's been upto 5days that I added Joint sponsor and I have not been able to upload the required documents. The Joint sponsor part is still showing N/A as can be seen in the image below. 

What can I do please?

Oh I didn't mean to. I am actually to the site and I am trying to learn/understand how to navigate around here.

Oh wow really. How long have you experienced that? I don't even know how to go about it?

No problem.  Also, no further action required on your part.  I already moved your thread to where it might get more attention as the issue is not specific to spouse visa cases.

I'm facing the same exact issue. Added my household member and it was approved but, can't upload any documents and it says N/A. From reading around it says that it is a bug and normally takes anywhere between 2-2.5 weeks so I'm really hoping that's true. I submitted an inquiry and haven't heard a thing back. I hear it's taking long for them to get back to us regarding the inquiries. Please keep me posted if anything changes and I will do the same.
