What are the Pros and Cons of filing online vs paper for marriage I-130? Does filing online have a greater chance of UCSIS overlooking parts of the application. Also does anyone have a good resource where I can find checklist all the documents needed the greencard via marriage application? I am trying to make sure I don't leave anything out.

if u just file for i-130 standalone, go for online

if u are going to file concurrently, file everything by mail

filing online or paper wont change the timeline for the approval. online for i-130 only fast in a sense of receive the NOA1

Thank you for the response. I am not understanding what you mean by file concurrently? Do you mean like proof of evidence?

Please clarify so this thread can be moved to the appropriate forum -- Is this filing for a spouse of USC?  Or spouse of LPR?  Is the foreign spouse living outside the US, pursuing a spouse visa?

US citizen filing for foreign spouse who lives outside of the US
