Do I need to list step children of beneficiary I-129F

Hello,

On the I-129F form part 2 question 39 it asks if my Beneficiary has kids.

She had a few stepkids from her deceased husband. She has not seen them in many years (since the husband passed away).

They are 25 and up in age.  Should I still be listing them? There isn't much information out there on this.

Also, if I am going to list them it may be difficult to find their address now.  If the address is not known can I put Unknown in that box?

If they are legally her children then you need to list them.  Did she adopt them back then?  Just marrying a man with children does not make her a legal parent in most countries.

That's what I would do.

I don't believe they were ever legally her children, but I will check in detail to make sure she wasn't. She didn't adopt them. I know the children moved back with their mother after the death of their father.

Thanks for the response.
