  1. I don't believe they were ever legally her children, but I will check in detail to make sure she wasn't. She didn't adopt them. I know the children moved back with their mother after the death of their father. Thanks for the response.
  2. Hello, On the I-129F form part 2 question 39 it asks if my Beneficiary has kids. She had a few stepkids from her deceased husband. She has not seen them in many years (since the husband passed away). They are 25 and up in age. Should I still be listing them? There isn't much information out there on this. Also, if I am going to list them it may be difficult to find their address now. If the address is not known can I put Unknown in that box?

  4. Hello, I'm in the process of going over things. I noticed my birth certificate lists my fathers country of birth incorrectly. My father is able to provide me his birth certificate with the correct birth place. Should I include this as a correction for my birth certificate?
