They are on mostly April 2022 right now .. about 3 more months give or take before they get deep into July

How do you know they are on April 2022? The USCIS website says 16.5 months and our VJ estimate for when we should hear back is mid September. Then on the VJ timelines, it says cases from March 2022 are being processed. Just curious as to how you calculated it! :)

I found this spreadsheet specifically made for July 2022 filer in the June/July group on FB . I don’t think its last update is April 12 but I think the author will update it more often in the next few month or when they start processing June 2022.

There are a lot of people tracking, doing scans, WA groups, FB groups, and also the scans and data are in VJ as well.

You can also go to the "immigration timelines" page in this website, and choose K-1.  you will then see a spreadsheet of the latest interview dates.  You can then sort that by the latest NOA2, and then you will see their NOA1's are mostly April

Hello and thanks for everyone's comments and information!   We also sent our petition in July 2022, received 12 July, and notice 13 July.

I went to visit my fiancé in Vietnam in early May 2023, after being separated for 14 months.  Upon my return in mid-May, I checked our receipt number and was initially shattered to see January 2024 as the expected response month.  After reading through the threads here, though, I'm feeling more relieved later this year could be a possibility.

It's indeed been a long journey for all of us here on this forum/topic, as well as the VJ community at large; it's very encouraging to know we're not alone.

Hey Brandon, my case is July 1st and my fiance is also from Vietnam. And I'm also from Las Vegas. LOL. Hopefully everything starts moving fast. Are you planning to attend the interview?

II think what your talking about january 2024 is when you can call in and inquire if there is no updates on your petiton...i have the same noa 1 as you and i think late august / september is when we will hear back

I am planning to attend the interview.  In contrast to most others on this community, though, we will have our interview be at the Hanoi embassy, not the Ho Chi Minh City consulate.  My fiancé is from the north, so he preferred I opt for Hanoi.

Yes, indeed you are correct about January 2024 being the month when we're allowed to query about our case, per most recent search results for our NOA1 dates.  Last year, when I made the same search when we first got our NOA1 in July 2022, the "80% of cases completed within" range of months was 13 months, which would have put reasonable expectations for a response in the August/September 2023 range at the time.  Since then, the "80%" range response increased to 16.5 months when I searched our NOA1 date, roughly suggesting late December 2023/early January 2024.

I might have misunderstood the content of search result, but regardless, if USCIS is indeed reviewing April 2022 petitions, August/September 2023 for us is welcomed, reasonable expectation.

If u check the recents timelines on Vj petioners with noa 1 in april and even small portion of may are recieving noa 2 as of now ...if they continue with the same proccesing pace august/september is indeed a reasonable expectation
