I am and 10 yrs green card holder. Divorced 3 yrs ago. Have a gf/fiance who's pregnant for me in another country. Planning to file for Naturalization next year's Aug. My baby will be due by Nov 2022. Can I bring my fiance and my baby before filling for Naturalization? Or do I wait until I get approved of my naturalization? I just don't Wana be far from my child. How long is the process for a green card holder to bring his child and I know I can't file for my fiance until we get married legally.

Thanks in advance

Right. You don’t get to say what sort of answers other posters can post. Check the TOS.

There’s no fiancé visa available for LPRs. Only USCs can petition for a fiancé/e. You can get married and file I-130 and that would cover the wife and child (as long as you don’t naturalize before they get the visa and enter the country. If you naturalize before then you’ll have to submit another I-130 for the child).
It’s a minimum 2 year to get F2A visa.

Follow this.

Just to add that you'll be separated from them for at least two years at best. Unless, you move to where they are until they get their visas to come to the US.

How long have you been an LPR?

You may NOT file Form I-130 for a person in the following categories:

5. A spouse, if you gained lawful permanent resident status through a prior marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, unless:

A. You are now a naturalized U.S. citizen;

B. You have been a lawful permanent resident for at least five years;

C. You can establish by clear and convincing evidence that you did not enter the prior marriage (through which you gained your lawful permanent resident status) in order to evade any U.S. immigration law; or

D. Your prior marriage through which you gained your immigrant status was terminated by the death of your former spouse;

I would not file for the wife until you've completed a full 5 years as an LPR.

You can apply for naturalization and file separated petitions OR stay an LPR and file one petition.
