Should I file N-400(waiting for SRC to approve i-751 for a year)

Should I wait a little bit more for SRC to approve my i-751 or should I file N-400 right away

Personal preference. Some people feel that filing N-400 speeds up the I-751. Regardless, if you are eligible to file N-400 and you want to be a citizen, there's no real reason to wait.

File for citizenship as soon as you become eligible......

Your local office is the determining factor as to when you receive approval.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
