Hello,

my husband and i want to file the I-130, but we are in abit of a pickle.

My husband is military,m stationed in Korea, im in Germany.

Sooo....they epople us now, we can not file it over the Frankfurt Embassy, cause he is not in Germany anymore, so we would have to file it over Seoul ( but im in Germany, so i do not know how the interview and the medical would be, meaning: i do not know if i could do that all in Germany or if i have to go to seoul) , and people say, if we file it normal over the Uscis page, we would wait up till 2years...we need the visa till next year march...so we do not know what to do.

One option is to file the I-130 for normal consular processing for Frankfurt.  After submitting the I-130 to USCIS, ask for an expedite.  They tend to be very responsive to active duty military personnel.  There is even a military help line.  It is typically for helping with naturalization via military service, but they may be able to help with spouse visa petitions.
