I-130a Form Help

Hello,

 

On the I-130a form, on page 6, we are having issues filling out my name digitally even though there is no issue filling it out any other section of that form and becuase of that, I wanted to ask, did anyone else have issues filling out their name digitally and is there any way to do it? Also, is it neccesary to sign the form? Thank you!

Do you mean typing a name, or do you mean the signature.  Not the same thing. Unless the beneficiary is currently in the USA, the I-130a does not need to be signed at all.  The instructions are clear on this.  Please clarify exactly what you are having trouble with.
