We had our interview on April 4th. The officer said they could not find the medical, and in two weeks, they would send an RFE for a new one if they could not locate it. I do not have a problem paying for a new medical, but we have not heard anything from them. I tried contacting them and haven't heard anything back. I am not sure what the next step should be or just keep waiting?  We initially filed in April 2020. Has anyone else had something similar happen? I searched the forums and didn't find one.

Just keep waiting.

GC approval can take up to 120 days.

Okay. That was what I was thinking but I wasn't sure since they said two weeks. I guess it's possible they found the medical after all. Thanks for your input.
