I noticed that when checking USCIS processing times that I can now see all the service centres and their processing times for the I-129f. Could this mean that USCIS will start processing K1 visas at all the service centres? And if so, could this help decrease processing times?

I129F is for K3/K4s too... they go to different service centers (usually the SC the I-130 is being processed).

Based on my observations of the timeline data on VJ, it seems like Vermont Service center doesn't handle K1 visas. So looking at USCIS processing times, would it make sense that the published processing time there is for K3/K4 visas?

VSC handles I-129F for fiance from petitioners with criminal record, particularly those related to AWA.

Interesting, I guess there's just not a lot of them since no one in vj has a timeline posted/recently completed there.

Seems interesting that those cases would go there esp since the processing time seems so low. Not sure what AWA is?

Adam Walsh Act.

We have a subforum for it on VJ.

The processing times for AWA take about a year sometimes more.

The petitioner usually gets fingerprinted and/or interviewed.

Ah, I see.. Kinda yikes. Well, good thing for me I'm 100% clean no history or records of anything - if anything I even have Global Entry (no idea if that even helps, but technically I should be in USCIS background checks already, somewhere? Maybe?)
