Well yes.  We are all confused because you posted in a visa forum.  Makes as conclude you are seeking a visa, and are here visiting.  Sounds like you're adjusting status, not seeking a visa.  Please clarify.  Yes, you live together.

Absolutely, my apologies for misposting. I was very confused at the beginning of this.

We received our NOA2 with no issue. 

Thank you ! Also, for the "date to", should we write the date of the day we are filling ? Or better to leave it blank ?
