I feel like USCIS did the same a while back.  There was no way to call, just ask Emma.  Not surprised given the redundancy of questions as Crazy Cat suggested.

Hopefully this will make an impact on public inquiry response times which is almost nearing review time for Document Review.

 

Yes I'm sure they're getting a ton of trivial inquiries, but there are legit inquiries that require the use of this channel. Sucks to be stuck in this queue.

I'm in one of those unique situations where being able to call NVC by phone would've been the most helpful. They started to review my submitted documents on May 23rd (originally submitted March 9th). On May 23rd and May 24th, I received emails telling me that the status on my case has been updated and to log in and check. I have been logging in from different browsers for 3 weeks now, and all I can see is that they Accepted one document and the rest are sitting in Submitted status. There are no messages on the home screen and no comments on any document. I have no idea of knowing what the problem is and what action to take. 

 

The day they started reviewing cases submitted the week of March 9th is the same day that they suspended their telephone inquiry service.
