NOT RECEIVING verification code on my Email for my USCIS online account

Hi Everyone,

 

Today morning, I got email fro USCIS saying that we have taken an action on your case (For my N-400). Now, I tried to login into my USCIS online account. But I am not receiving verification code on my email, not even in junk mails. so I can not login and check. 

 

Does anyone have experienced same ? I have posted this question here as many of us have already filed N-400. 

 

Any suggestion what should I do ? tried to create new account with different email address but I can not add my case to it.

Call uscis number and try to talk some agent and see what they can do

I tried to call but couldn't speak to agent. But I will try on Monday. Thank you.

Hey M@k12, when did you submit your application for N-400 and so you got recently an email for your next step towards citizenship?? I have filled my N-400 application since August-2021 with not a single reply from USCIS.

Hi Naitik,

I submitted my application on 29th March. Straight away I received email for receipt of application and on 1st April I received email of biometrics appointment. 

I applied online so my email only says "We have taken an action on your case". I received physical letters later on. 

 

Its more than 6 months now so you should call USCIS and ask status. What does your my "case status" shows ?

@M@K12 Thanks, but my call is not reaching to immigration officer and it says they received my application and that's it. It's been 7 months and have not received biometric appointment.

I am assuming there is some technical errors are going on USCIS side, same with me I tried to call for login access but it did not reach to the agent, too. 

Did you arrive on C-1 or K-1 or any other visa ?

Okay. I think you keep try calling them. Also check Processing times for your local field office and then you can inquire about outside processing times.

Hello Mak12 I have the same problem this happened when moved back the the USA I am petitioning for my wife and I need to update some info but every time I log in, I dont get my verification cose like use too. where you able to access was your issue fixed?

2. About Us  
3. Contact Us
4. Get Help with Technical Issues (USCIS Online Account, FIRST, and myE-Verify)

5. USCIS Online Account

   If you have been locked out of your USCIS online account or need other technical help, you may send us an online message.

6. Click on Online message. 

Provide your details and in message box explain the issue. Also mention that Email Service provider has confirmed that issue is not from their side and request to reset your myuscis account.

 

You will get response within a week..

Same thing is happening to me. Can’t get a response from USCIS online or on the phone. How did you fix the problem with the verification code? I am not receiving it when I try to login and I don’t have my backup code.
