Hi All

Wondering if anyone else has seen the same, but first, back story.

Spouse visa, Wife is US citizen and living in the UK, on the final 8 months of her second 2.5 year UK visa.

Applying from UK, both intending to move when the visa expires.

i-130 submitted (Jan 20) and approved (Apr 20).

As this happened relatively quickly we held off submitting DS260 and AOS because of how quick it seemed.

DS260 submitted Oct 20, with AOS and all supplementary docs submitted end of Jan 21.

We received two chasers from CEAC in November and December 20 advising they would not review case until all docs received, both 30 days apart from each other.

Since submitting we have had no updates and the website still says “Submit Documents” even though we already have.

I guess I was expecting an acknowledgment that they have now received or something.

Has anyone else been stuck in this limbo?

Since you are both in the UK, are you doing consular processing directly to London and skipping NVC? Trying to figure out if you case is in London or if it went to NVC?

Hey,

the DCF option for London was not available when we submitted our i130.

We are currently at NVC stage.

Call NVC to make sure they have not archived your case.  And if you're sure you've submitted all the required documents, ask for clarification on what else is pending from you so NVC can proceed with the review.

Hi,

when we submitted everything we too got the notification for additional documentation required. The lawyer hasn’t sent off some stuff which he then submitted. But we didn’t get any notifications to say it was all good until a few months later when I got notification of DQ

you can check on the system to see if the documents have been submitted but that’s about the best I can say for advice other than calling them to double check.
