Texas Service Center - AR

Hi all, 

 

For those of you with I-130s at the Texas Service Center, how long after your case status changed to "Case is being actively reviewed" did you receive your approval notice (NOA2)? I figure it varies massively but I'm just curious.

We will see. Yesterday I sent a request saying that I didn’t receive my appoval notice 😂

How did  the system allow you to submit a request and your petition is still within the normal processing time?

I did submit the normal service request, I submitted the one that says approval notice not received.

So, we were transferred to Texas almost in a begging of our journey. AR since 6th January and nothing yet...We talked with live agent, who told us that our case is in normal processing time. It makes me furious!
People who submitted in October is already being approved. What the system is that? I have no idea....

I understand your frustration. I was in the same boat. Try submitting a service request at the link above. Select approval notice. Basically, it’s submitting a request saying that you haven’t received approval.
