Hello Guys and Gals:)

If there is a mistake done by fiancee on Form G325A, and when I have it in my procession, can I correct it with white out, or correction tape/single line through mistake, and my initials. Or will I get a RFE if I corrected the mistakes.

I wouldn't use anything. If the mistake is tiny, it can later me corrected in the interview, if it's a big one, I'd get your fiance to send another form.

I would correct the mistake as neat and legibly as you can... No where have I read where it says the you cannot use "white out"......

YMMV

I think white out is not the sort of thing you use in official documents. How can it be proven it hasn't altered what the person who signed it wanted to write down?

I would cross out the mistake, fix it and put my initials next to the correction.

The G-325A is a support form, and corrections are accepted, white out is not a problem, keep it neat.

I had to correct several things on the ones sent in with the I-129F, and did not have any problem.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I prefer the sticky label kind of white-out. I actually used labels cut to fit the spaces. If you shock easy, sit down. Are you sitting? Take a deep breath. I used these labels to affix my wife's signature to the form, eight times and for her name in Chinese characters eight times. I did the same for her daughter, 4 each. Their actual signatures were on the labels. I had them sign several times on several labels and used them as I needed them.

No worries.

I prefer to interlineate, and I don't initial. Just goes to show that often there is no one right answer, and for the G-325A all that's essential is original signatures on all 4 pages. And sometimes people get away without the 4 pages - it's not a form to worry about.
