Hi,

When we sent our AOS (i-864) to NVC, my wife was with me overseas, but she has since gone back. My interview is coming up and I'm wondering if I should take an updated AOS or just go with proof of domicile?

Thanks.

I would bring an updated support affidavit if she has returned to the US and started working

Should I upload on CEAC as well?

I would.

Preceding a spouse to the US from overseas settles a lot of interview questions.  I would definitely update both however being unsure of how the information transfers between DQ and interview an updated document Affidavit etc) should be carried and presented at interview.
