Hello friends,

My wife who came on a tourist visa and decided to get married at her last month of stay since

we found out that we can do the CR-1 route.

She stayed at my address during this duration and after we got married within the last month she was able to be added to my apartment lease.

For 59.a at "If filing for your spouse, provide the last address at which you physically lived together. "

Do I still add my address even though it was the last month that she was added in?

Read questions literally. Did she live with you ? Yes   Its not asking anything about of she is in the lease, co owns or anything else.

Excellent.

I was going for yes. Thank you for your input!

But a visit on a visitor visa or visa waiver/ESTA is not "risiding" or "living together"  It is a visit.  Better to just document her time in the USA with passport stamps and photos.  Lots of people never live together until after they receive and use their spouse visa.

Answer to 59a is "Not Applicable".  Yes really.
