I have a question, i logged in with my sister case number + invoice number on the National Visa Center and i got this message ... what does this mean ? "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error." if anyone could help please???

It sounds like a visa number is not yet available.  When did you file the I-130?

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you filed the petition, it is an F4 visa category.  She has a few more years to wait since petitions from March 2007 or earlier are just becoming current.

What country?

 

It will be many more years before your sister's case becomes current in Table B of the monthly Visa Bulletin and qualify for further processing at the NVC.  At least another 8 years would be my guess.  

Do you know about having to wait for a current Priority Date (PD) in the F4 category?
