Hi All, 

 

Has anyone recently applied to expedite their case with NVC and got approved? if so, can you please share your experience and timeline here? just trying to gauge the timeframe as I recently sent NVC an email to expedite our case and currently waiting for their response.

I believe expedites at NVC are consulate specific. It should take about a month before you hear back from NVC but if you believe you have a valid reason send it in with all the evidence. 

For example, Nigeria is not accepting any requests as they are so backlogged. I would also check the Australia thread to see if anyone has been granted expedite recently.

I recently applied to expedite my case and it was approved the next day. It has been about 10 days now since approval and I am currently waiting on a interview!
