Hello all,

as I am preparing the AOS package to be submitted, I was reading about form i-693.

I understand that I don't have to submit this as long as I have taken the medical exam (within a year) and the surgeon had completed DS-3025, which I do have in hand. (I took the medical in my own country and completed all vaccines).

Will I have to submit this in my AOS?

But I have also read this thing about the Covid vaccine where it is apparently needed now? I saw this on the i-693 instructions:

NOTE: For those applicants who are now required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, you must complete the COVID-19 vaccine series (for example, 2 doses of Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna or 1 dose of Janssen COVID-19) and provide documentation of vaccination to the civil surgeon.

Do I need to go to a surgeon in the US to verify my Covid vaccine (I have gotten 2 shots)? Which means doing the i-693 again?

or can I just add a copy of my Covid vaccine cert in the AOS where appropriate?

Thank you for any response :)
