All USC petitioners are aging day by day and most want their beneficiaries in the US asap.  You will have to wait your turn in line like other K1 applicants in Nigeria.

You can expect to be at NVC for about 12 to 13 months based on current processing. My case got to NVC November 2020 and didn't leave until December 2021. There isn't much you can do aside from practicing patience and praying. It's not easy but eventually you will get past this stage.

In about 12 to 13 months from your NVC arrival, your case should leave NVC and sent to the US Consulate in Lagos.

Please how sure are you about this time frame? Are there other people like you who have also experienced this lately?

You can check my timeline plus I'm in a group with other Nigeria K1s. I'm not going to come on here and give false information in a time like this when people are already going through alot because of the delays.

Sorry I didn't mean to make you feel bad, it's just that all the while I was really thinking the NVC doesn't take much time. Am beyond surprised at this update but then am glad I have this information right now. Do check your inbox please

I have the same issue as our own case was approved January 10 2021, and have been in nvc they say the same a bout the Nigeria embassy , my brother who files from south African one year after we files is now in the USA all this is frustrating let keep praying and hoping

Have you checked your case recently? Cos they shipped some January 2021 last week
