I’m not on here to argue or make an issue, I’m just saying “if that was the case everyone would do it”, doesn’t help at all. That’s not a reasonable answer. That answer didn’t do anything but made me feel as if I shouldn’t be asking the question to begin with.
The point is I don’t know if there’s a faster way, or if there’s something else I could be doing and if I don’t ask I won’t know.

No, it’s not that you shouldn’t be asking questions. It’s just that we’ve been here long enough to see that there is no way to make the process quicker. Unfortunately, that’s the truth. If you have submitted all your paperwork and fulfill the requirements, then unfortunately there’s nothing else to do other than wait. I know. It sucks. However, as @Boiler has pointed out, if you’re 15 months into the process the. You should see something soon.

I completely understand what you’re saying and I am grateful for the advice. Now if I didn’t ask this question I would have been on google

going around in circles looking for specific answers. Thank you, I’m hoping I’ll hear something as well

If you look at the glass half full, if you got a RFE it means that somebody has at least looked at your file!

You’re absolutely correct. One more quick question, is there a difference between RFE and FE ?

I have never seen the word “FE”. I guess it’s the same!

So my original submission date is Sept 30

i submitted an expedite Dec 20, it was approved with conditions (pending dq) Dec 22.

I received an FE Dec 30 (add W2 for joint sponsor) which I’m confused about because W2s isn’t a required document so long as you submit a tax transcript . My joint sponsor makes way above the required amount.
I submitted the requested document 1 hour later . Do I go to the back of the line ? I see some posts saying yes and some saying not always.
nvc says they can’t tell me when they will look at the document it depends on their volume ..

Can I call someone else to see if I can speed up the process ? Or I have to wait another 2-3 months ?

Any updates?

Hopefully you got your DQ by now
