No AoS fee for K1.  Only MRV fee, which should be paid according to the specific consulate's instructions, not at NVC.

For October Filers (especially early October), As you can see from the graphics below, the USCIS is seeming to move rapidly past October and into December 
similar to what they did with August and Sept Filers.  I would suggest you look for your early inquiry date option and be ready to submit the inquiry as soon as you can following this date.

Now that it looks like December cases will start opening this week (or maybe next), I will start posting on Tues and Friday updates.

The burndown graph will be based on Friday from the week before (so be sure to pay attention to the date).

 

Will also post the December case graphic (in December Groups) once activity starts.
